Coordinates welfare matters, student support needs, and referrals to appropriate institutional services.

Guidance and counselling support

Supports guidance services and student advisory support to promote personal development and wellbeing.

Discipline and conduct management

Coordinates student discipline processes in line with institutional rules and professional standards.

Student engagement and representation

Supports student participation, representation structures, and communication between students and management.

Health and safety coordination

Supports awareness of health, safety, and welfare measures within training and campus activities.

Records and case follow up

Maintains welfare related records and supports follow up actions for student cases and interventions.
